Return & Refund Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address information provided, including city, state, and zip code, to avoid shipping delays or additional shipping costs. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If you wish to return or exchange your R and M Tornado Vape for any reason, we’re here to assist you! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can choose to receive store credit, exchange the product for a different item, or receive a refund to the original payment method.


Our return policy has a 30-day duration. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your Rick and Morty Vape must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


After we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your returned item. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days (3-5days).

Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee for returns due to dislike or if you no longer want the item.

Delay or Missing Items

If you have received a RandM Vape package that’s missing an item or incorrect flavor, we may have been shipped your R&M order separately. Check your order shipping note email from Rand M vape shop or contact us at

I Don't Have My Refund - RandM Tornado

You may request a refund for non-delivery or if you received the wrong item. There could be various reasons for delivery delays or partial shipment or items not being arrived on time.

Please contact support@randmtornado as soon as you notice an issue with your RnM Order.

It may take up to 1-3 days for us to reviewe and process your return request. Once we have completed processing your request, we will issue a refund to your selected payment method. Some debit card issuers may offer additional protections. You can begin by calling the customer service number.
